May 2010 Beach Trip

We wanted to try a trip to the beach with the kids and decided to stick close to home. The solution was Jekyll Island. If you aren't familiar with this island it is owned by the government and only about 30% of it will ever be developed. It was a great, low key, place to take the kids. Barbara was nice enough to go with us for several days and then she brought the kids home on Wednesday afternoon so Jen and I could have Thursday and Friday to ourselves. It was a good trip!
