The big hit of the day was that Luke found a lizard. He carried it around all day and he offered to let everyone pet it. Surprisingly, he was a good sport about letting it go before we left.

Oatland Island
I took Luke and Kendall on an outing to Oatland Island. For those of you not from Savannah, Oatland Island is a kind of like a nature preserve / zoo. The animals are in more natural habitats (thus, it's often hard to see them because they are in big, open areas) and there is an educational building.
The big hit of the day was that Luke found a lizard. He carried it around all day and he offered to let everyone pet it. Surprisingly, he was a good sport about letting it go before we left.
