Zoo with Poppy

Grandmommy and Poppy came to Savannah to keep Luke and Kendall while Mommy and Daddy went on vacation (those pics will come later) and we decided to go the zoo on December 23rd. Grandmommy was still tired from all the fun she had so she took the day off and rested. We had a great time!

Mommy found a newly hatched lizard and Luke thought it was BIG fun. He carried it around for about an hour showing it to anyone who would watch before we convinced him to let it go.

The other highlight of the trip was the feeding of the Komodo Dragons. In the zoo, Komodo dragons eat big, dead rats. They are albino rats just like we keep in our lab at the Psych department. I hope we aren't missing any rats....
